RECRUITMENT
The 2020-21 Recruitment Season has officially concluded! Even with the challenges created by the pandemic, our chapters rose to the occasion and pledged some amazing girls into our Sisterhood.

This list also includes a few New Members who were placed this Spring due to Continuous Open Bidding (COB) by some of our Fall Recruitment chapters. We welcome all of these wonderful new Sisters!
A few notes about upcoming Spring Recruitment topics:
*Unfortunately, we will be unable to hold our annual Legacy Tea for high school Junior and Senior Chi Omega Legacies due to COVID-19. However, I am still putting together a listing of ALL Austin-area Legacies to be shared with our chapters for 2021-22 Recruitment. If you have or know of a Legacy, please email to me her name, class year (Junior or Senior), high school attending and her Legacy (mother or sister ONLY). If she has already chosen a university, please include that information as well.
* I will begin approving online RIFs for the 2021-22 academic year beginning April 1st. PLEASE do not submit a RIF prior to that date. Please submit RIFs online ONLY, if at all possible.
I am always looking for new faces to join our RIF Board to represent area high schools. If you are interested in finding out what we do and why we do it, please email me! The only criteria is that you are a Chi Omega alumna who has a connection to our area high schools. You can be a mom, teacher, school or community volunteer, etc. I am looking for ladies who are committed to helping our Austin girls navigate Recruitment and find their “community” while settling into college life.
I would also like to thank my RIF Board for their work, year-round, to help our area girls prepare for Recruitment. They are an awesome group of alumnae! Many thanks to Donna Campbell, Kacy Dolce, Kathi Haralson, Amy Jordan, Carolyn Karabinos, Lisa Leigh Kelly, Deb Libert, Susan Mills, Amy Reyes, Valerie Shaw and Amy Young for a job well done!
